Do I need to pay for the visit?

Patients will be required to make a co-payment depending on their adjusted family net income. Detail can be found online or consult us at 64-352-1888

In addition to the potential CDCP co-payment, you will have to pay the portion of regular dental fees that aren’t covered by the CDCP fee.

When can I see the dentist?

Dental care under the CDCP began May 2024. The coverage start date will be different for each person. You will receive an insurance card with the insurance active date once you have finished registering. You can schedule appointments once your coverage is active.
